Individual Therapy

Online, individual therapy is designed to best meet each clients needs. Space is provided for exploration, goal setting, and processing.

53+ minute session (standard) | $160 |

60 minute initial assessment session | $200 |

Groups

Groups are occasionally offered pending interest and scheduling availability. Groups are interactive and are conducted virtually. Investment is dependent on group duration and number of sessions.

If your finances or insurance limit your ability to seek counseling services, I offer select reduced fee slots on my caseload and a sliding fee scale based on your unique financial situation.
